Instructions:
1. Tear off or cut the packaging with scissor along the top. 
2. Open the packaging and take out the band. 
3. Adjust size accordingly to wrist and ankles using the button and holes. 
4. Keep the original packaging for storage of the band when not in use for longer effectiveness
5. Store in a dry place until next use
