(b) Credit Card Information. Users bidding on Promotional Offers shall be required to submit their credit card information to secure the Promotional Offer for their benefit. The credit card must be valid as of the date of the end of the Promotional Term to be accepted. While credit cards will not be charged unless the Conditions of a Promotional Offer are satisfied, if a credit card is declined when charged, you will be responsible to provide a replacement card. Except in the case of fraud or good faith disputes regarding the Promotional Offer and/or underlying products and services, your failure to provide payment will result in a breach of your obligation to the Merchant, at which point, the Merchant may pursue legal action to recover the payment. (c) Merchants:  The Company provides to Merchants the following information so they can manage the fulfillment of their voucher codes: Username, Name, Email (on occassion when it's required to co-ordinate reservations) and Voucher #; you agree that they may offer you other products and services.  On deals that have free shipping (generally) or where the Company collects a delivery fee at checkout, we will also send the Merchant your Shipping Address along with the information as stated above so they can dispatch product to fulfill your voucher.  

 

(5) Legal Requirements: 

The Company may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: 

(i) comply with a legal obligation, 

(ii) protect and defend the rights or property of the Company,
