Today's Deal looks great - how do I get it and do I pay immediately?
Just click "Buy Now" before the offer expires. We will first make an authorisation on your card, if the deal has already reached the minimum number of people required to get the deal ("Tipping Point") we will take payment immediately.  If it hasn't reached the Tipping Point then your card will not be charged until it has.  Once 'tipped' we will send you an email with your Voucher and also a link to login to your account to view/manage it there.

What happens if the Deal doesn’t reach its required minimum number of purchasers?
If enough people don’t buy the deal, the deal is cancelled.  If this happens (like you, we hope it doesn’t) you won't be charged and we will release any authorisation that we might have made (it may take a few days for the authorisation to clear from your card).

So if you really want the LyncMeUp Deal make sure you share it with your friends and family.  Like they say ... Sharing is Caring :)  Oh, and we’ll even give you £6 for every successful recommendation if you use your unique link.

Can I use the Voucher on the day I buy it?
Usually the Voucher is available to use from the day after the deal ends. So unless stated otherwise, if the deal ends on a weekday then the Voucher will be available to use the day after it ends, if it ends on a Friday/weekend deal, the Voucher will be available from Monday.
 
I bought a LyncMeUp Voucher - how do I use it?
Once the deal 'tips', you will receive an email from us with your LyncMeUp Voucher. The Voucher has redemption instructions and a map right on it.  Bookings are usually required, so follow the instructions and take the Voucher with you to the merchant. If you want to save trees and have a smartphone then you can show the emailed Voucher to the merchant right on your phone. Enjoy!

Today’s Deal looks great as a gift for my friend, can I buy it for them?
Usually yes. LyncMeUp Deal Vouchers make great gifts and unless the deal specifically states otherwise, gift away! To have us send them the gift via email, select the gift option at checkout.

If I don’t use the full value of the LyncMeUp Voucher in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
No. Unless otherwise stated you do not receive store credit or cash back for whatever you do not use.

Is the LyncMeUp Voucher valid in combination with other offers?
No. Not unless the Deal specifically states otherwise.

Do I get charged as soon as I click ‘Buy Now’?
Not necessarily. You are only charged once the Deal reaches the minimum number of buyers required ("tipping point").

Is LyncMeUp.com safe to use?
Extremely. All your payment information is transmitted using industry standard security protocols (SSL) directly with our bank’s payment gateway.  No credit card information is stored on our servers (other than last 4 digits and expiry).  Now you might have seen the last 4 digits of your credit card showing up as an option to use for future purchases: this information comes from the payment gateway and they have the highest PCI DSS compliance possible.  Clever we know, and the best combination of convenience and card safety.  We hope you like it :)

Can I return a LyncMeUp Voucher?
The purchase of a LyncMeUp Voucher is a binding obligation. Refunds will only be considered in very specific circumstances. Please contact us if you wish to request a refund.

What if the merchant for my LyncMeUp Voucher closes down?
If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your LyncMeUp, we will make it right whether that means giving you credit or refunding your purchase.

What if my item doesn't arrive in time?
Your product (not applicable for services purchased) may take longer to arrive on your doorstep due to bank holidays, delay due to the postal service, peak postage periods of time or other unforeseeable circumstances.  Please get in touch using our contact form if you are experiencing delay.  Since we are the middle-man between you and the merchant providing the deal we do our best to expedite your order and co-ordinate with the merchant. However, sometimes we experience a delay in the delivery due to a high volume of deals.

Why should I spread the word?
It’s simple.  The more people that join LyncMeUp.com, the more chance that a deal will have enough participants to ‘tip’.  Also, the bigger the group, the bigger the discounts!  So invite as many of your friends as possible, and make sure you get that deal you’ve been wanting.  If you’ve got an account with us already, every time someone you recommend buys their first deal, we’ll add £6 to your account ‘Wallet’.  Each referral has up to a month to buy their first deal. Start sharing and enjoy.

How can I spread the word about LyncMeUp.com?
It’s easy.  Once you log into the site, you can share through Facebook, Twitter and Email.  Just find the icons on the right-side of the page. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse or withdraw credit when the recommendation function is being abused.

I haven’t received my reward credit!
Your friend needs to create an account for the first time and have purchased their first deal within 30 days of the referral. Your reward will appear as pending: if after seven days the deal they bought has not been cancelled or withdrawn, and your friend’s payment went through successfully, we will credit your account with £6, and your next deal will cost £6 less!

How long is the credit valid for?
Your credit is valid for a whole six months. Keep this in mind!

How can I spend my credit?
You can use your credit on any deal with us, and you redeem it on the payment page. If your credit is worth more than the cost of the deal because you have been recommending lots of friends, then whatever is left over can be redeemed on your next deal. You’re credit will be used automatically, it’s that easy.
